To celebrate this important anniversary, the 2022 vintage features an elegant black label showcasing Castellare’s emblematic bird. Each vintage continues the estate’s tradition of featuring a different endangered bird species, symbolizing its longstanding commitment to protecting nature and biodiversity.
Made from 85% Sangioveto and 15% Malvasia Nera, I Sodi di S. Niccolò has established itself as one of Italy’s historic Super Tuscans and a true expression of the Castellare style.
