Roberto Anselmi has always wanted to buy the vineyard of his grandfather lost during the Second World War. He realized his dream, gradually, and now owns a vineyard of 70 hectares located high on the hills between Monteforte and Soave. Having always in mind to produce a wine of the highest quality, Roberto control the entire production, from the vineyard to the bottle. His philosophy of winemaking is based on rigorous work in the wineyard; choice of less productive clone, but more aromatic; high density per hectare; yield control etc. Roberto pays also attention to details like using a cold maceration, cold fermentation and long aging. His work shine through every bottle!
