La Mormoraia


The Farm covers an area of over 100 hectares of which 30 hectares are planted with vines and 10 hectares with olive trees. Giuseppe Passoni the owner, personally takes care of the cultivation, with the maximum respect for the territory and the environment, in fact since 2013 the holding practices organic farming. The wine production is carried out by using the latest winemaking techniques, with computerized temperature control during fermentation. The big oak barrels and French oak barrels used in the aging process enable to reach the high-quality level of Mormoraia wines. These wines are appreciated all over the world and are reviewed in some of the most famose food and wine guides.
